    Hi, just wondering if anyone knows the best way to avoid care home fees, and how to claim them back? cheers in advance

    Have you made a complaint? You could try going to a specialist solicitor.

    I claimed back my mothers care home fee's with a very helpful company the website is http://www.care-home-refunds.co.uk
    They are very friendly and proffessional and I would recommend them to anyone trying to claim back these fee's, obviously it is a very sad and stressful time for anyone with a parent or grand-parent in care but they have made this process so easy.
    Im very happy i have started this with such a great company.
