    I am trying to make a complaint about my nans care home any one know the best way to make care home complaints?

    I am currently in the process of making a claim with a company, they charge a no win no fee service, all I had to do was answer a few questions over the phone and then they do the rest for me.
    They were very considerate about my situation and took everything I told them into account, maybe you should check their website for a bit more information http://www.care-home-refunds.co.uk, I hope this helps.
